Birthday Parties $25 per child

Minimum:  15 children, maximum 25

Duration:    1 ½ hours

Party Themes:

Fairy, Princess, Drama, Spooky, Mermaid, ABBA, Hannah Montana, Hawaiian, Catwalk and Make-Up, Crazy Science, Plaster Painting and Canvas Painting.

All parties include music and movement, games and dancing in addition to and blended through the theme.

We provide:

Additional options:

• Choose from the  following entertainers  at an additional fee of $150 per hour.
  Dora the Explorer, Buzz Light Year, Pirates, Clowns, Spiderman, Ben 10, Batman, Superman, Harry Potter, Woody and Jesse from Toy Story, The Incredibles, Croc man, Bob The Builder, Star Wars, Wonder Woman – you choose!
• Vouchers for two rides on the Carousel  $2 per child, to be used at the end of the party.

How much does a party cost?

$25 per child.  Each child will be issued with an arm band to identify them as party guests.

Can the parents  stay?

We welcome the parents of the birthday child to stay and participate and observe, after all it is your child’s party! We would request the parents of the guests remain outside the party room  or remain in the doorway whilst the party is in progress. Those parents are welcome to explore the markets or have a seat at the party table.

How long is the party and how do they run?

The parties are for 1 1/2 hours and begin at 10am, 12 noon, 2pm or 4 pm on weekends or by appointment on weekdays and during school hours (perfect for toddlers).  All parties include loads of music and movement, dancing and games such as statue dancing, the Macarena and limbo for example.

What are my catering options?

We provide popcorn, lolly bags and a juice drink for each child. Please feel free to bring your own food and of course the birthday cake to supplement our party snacks! We aim to ensure the party is convenient and easy. Your food table, chairs and umbrella will be set up just opposite under the awning at Plaster Painting Studios. Feel free to use our microwave.  If you bring your own food, you must supply your own paper plates and serviettes. There are loads of cafe's and resutrant choices within the Entertainment Quarter from which to order food.

Pass the Parcel

Enjoy a game of Pass-The-Parcel included in the price. Every child receives a gift.

What do I need to bring?

Your camera and the cake!  Everything else is supplied. We have a cake knife and long matches.

How much does it cost to hire the room and run my own party?

$100 per hour  Monday to Friday and school holidays.

$150 per hour Sat, Sun and Public Holidays – conditions apply   

Facilities available include: fridge, freezer, microwave, iPod and CD player, Air Conditioning, table, chairs and umbrella set up under awning outside Plaster Painting Studios.  Please note no food is permitted in the party room unless the weather is very bad.  A staff member will be present to assist with facilities.

Fairy and Princess

Expect loads of glitter and pinkness, fantasy and feathers, stories , treasure and fairy dancing. Fabulous photos with the fairy or princess. A great reason to wear a beautiful dress! Boys enjoy this theme too.

Drama

The children will learn an hysterical little sketch and delight in performing it for the adults at the end. Side splitting fun.

Crazy Science

Make Alien slime, grow your own snow, make rubber rings and giant bubbles, to name a few fun experiments.

Scarey and Spookey

Wear your most ghoulish and  scarey dress up. Zombie, vampire, witch or warlock, any Halloween theme you can think of.  Screaming competitions, ghost dancing and excitement as we explore the haunted castle  and slay the dragon.

Mermaid

Can you imagine your little Ariel searching for the treasure under the sea?

ABBA

A room full of dancing queens! Learn the steps to your favourite ABBA songs and sing and dance your heart out!

Hannah Montana

Sing and dance to her favourite hits.  Learn the Hoedown Throwdown . A great early teen party.

Hawaiian

Girls learn the hula, boys learn the Haka. Crack and eat coconuts and string a flower lei.

Cat Walk and

Make-Up

Wear your favourite party outfit, get a new hairstyle, make up and nails. Walk the catwalk in style!
